CQ100 – Introduction to Cultural Intelligence – Leadership and Influence

Objective: To inspire individuals to see the relevance of cultural intelligence to their lives and work and to provide a brief introduction to the CQ model. (One hour online webinar available) Personal or Multi-Rater CQ Assessments are additional.

 

 

CQ101 – Introduction to Cultural Intelligence – Leadership and Influence with a flair for Aboriginal Cultures 

Objective: To inspire individuals to experience the relevance of aboriginal values and to enhance their cultural intelligence.  To provide an introduction to the CQ model. (One hour online webinar available)  CQ Personal and or Multi-Rater Assessments are additional. 

 

 

CQ102 – Cultural Intelligence- Leadership and Influence – Module I

Objective: To give individuals a working understanding of Cultural Intelligence to demonstrate its practical application to life and work. (Half-Day to 1 Day expanded). Pre-requisititge: Personal Assessment or Multi-Rater Assessment.

 

 

CQ103 – Cultural Intelligence – Leadership and Influence – Module II

Objective: To offer organizational leaders a strong understanding of how to assess and develop CQ in themselves and develop CQ in themselves and others and to discover the management implications of leading with cultural intelligence. (2 Days). Pre-Requisite: Multi-Rater CQ Assessment..

 

 

CQ104 – Cultural Intelligence – Leadership and Influence – Module III

Objective: To give leaders a rich understanding of the cultural intelligence model and research, to interact about the implications of CQ to leadership, and to leave with a developmental plan for enhancing cultural intelligence in themselves and their organizations. [This can be done as a graduate-level module or a professional development course]. (3-4 Days). Pre-requisite are: Multi-Rater and Completion of CQ103.
